Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, under EU consumer rules.

Notify us within 14 days by email to kontakt@nordoffer.odoo.com with your order number.

Send the item back within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return shipping.

We refund the full amount, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving the item back. The refund is made to the same payment method.

The item must be returned in as-new condition and in its original packaging.

You will receive the return address by email when you notify us of the return.
