We process the data you give us when you order or contact us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order details.

We use it to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and our legal obligations.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

We share your data only as needed with the supplier and the carrier that deliver your order, with Stripe, and with Odoo, which hosts this shop.

We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes, and other data until your question has been resolved.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to kontakt@nordoffer.odoo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
